The “Sketch’s” Dublin correspondent says that the Free State Forces Pensions Bill proposes a pension tor every male who took part in either side in the 1916 rising and the 1922 civil war Mr. de Valera says that the pensioning of anvone so ever who, according to his own lights, fought for or against the State then established, will assist to heal open sores."
