Indian Cholera Epidemic DEATHS NOW TOTAL 8466 Calcutta, August 5. Cholera mortality is assuming alarming proportions in the Central Provinces. The epidemic broke out in March. Since then 13,294 have been attacked and 5466 are dead. Over 85.000 people have been inoculated and over 5000 wells disinfected.
