LATE DR. COCKAYNE’S WILL
Public Trustee as Executor On the application of the solicitor to the Public Trust Oflice, the Supreme Court has granted probate o£ the will of the late Dr. Leonard Cockayne, of Ngaio, formerly Honorary Botanist to the New Zealand State Forest Service, and to the Wellington City Council, to the Public Trustee, the executor named in the will.
