Lorry Over Bank.—lmpaired control of the stearing gear of the motor-lorry seen in the illustration, due to the bursting of a tire, was responsible for the vehicle plunging down a 40-foot bank on the Rahul Road, near Otaki. The occupants received minor injuries. Salvage operations took four hours.
