RIDING ACCOUNTS
Abolished in Patangata By Telegraph—Press Association. Waipukurau, May 8. Following upon a lengthy debate of a much-discussed question—namely, the abolition of riding accounts, the Patangata County Council at a special meeting to-day decided that the principle be adopted and be applied by special order. The voting was six to four in favour of the motion, which was moved by Cr. C. 11. Edgecombe and seconded by Ur. A. W. 8, Longley.
