WAGE CUT RESTORED
Petone Council Decision Employees of the Petone Borough Council are to receive restoration or five per cent, of their 10 per cent. cut. This announcement was made by the Mayor of Petone, Mr. D. McKenzie, yesterday following a meeting of the council on Monday night to consider the estimates for the year. ' Tho restoration of the cut will operate from June 1.
