The New Zealand Team ONE CYCLIST TO BE SENT Tlie New Zealand Olympic and British Empire Games Council, at a special meeting last night, decided to include one cyclist in tlie New Zealand team for the Empire Games, and to ask the New Zealand Amateur Cycling Association to make a selection from G. 11. Giles and F. J. Grose, of Christchurch, and M. P. Byrnes, of Auckland, the three cyclists who had already been nominated. Five cyclists were nominated, but were passed over in the original selection of the team, owing to non-compli-ance by tlie authorities with certain eondit ions.
