PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that by resolution intended to operate as a special order passed at a special meeting of the Horowhenua County Council held on the 14th day of April, 1934, the Council decided to pay the interest ou certain Treasury Inscribed Loans and the interest and sinking fund on certain State Advances Office Loans out of the General Fund of the Council as on and from the Ist day of April, 1934. The particular Loans referred to are fully described in the First and Second Schedules to the resolution. A copy of the resolution is deposited nt the Offices of the said Horowhenua County Council and is there open to the inspection of the public during office hours from the 18tli day of April. 1(134. to the 11th dny of May, 1934. The resolution will be submitted for confirmation at an ordinary meeting of the Council to be held at the Council Chambers. Bntli Street.
