APPEAL FOR BLANKETS
A further urgent appeal for blanket? for the sick is made by Wellington district nurses. As the weather becomes colder the majority of these people have no extra warmth, many being reduced to one blanket per bed. The nurses will be grateful for bed. coverings of any description. Donations left at the surgery, 29 Vivian Street, will be gratefully received Arrangements can be made for parcels to b e collected by ringing telephone 52396 between 3 p.m.’and 5 p.m.
