STRANDED TRAWLER
" Little Hope of Salvage (Received March 18, 6.30 p.m.) Sydney, March 17. There is now little hope of salving the stranded trawler David Blake, which lies on a south coast beach. The trawler’s bottom was torn out by heavy sea? last night. Five hundred cases of fish, TOOO pounds’ worth of gear, valuable navigating instruments, and the crew’s belongings were lost.
