ARREST IN BERLIN
Newspaper Correspondent London, March 15. The “Daily Telegraph’s” Prague correspondent says that an article in the “Prager Tageblatt,” dealing with secret German experiments with steam motors for aeroplanes, led to the arrest of Herr Tepper, the paper’s representative In Berlin, on Sunday. This has only now been admitted.
Topper had not been allowed to communicate with his colleagues or the Czechoslovakian Legation.
