Criminal Sessions Open on Monday LIST OF PERSONS CHARGED Ten persons will stand their trial at the first quarterly criminal sessions of 1934 whieh will open at the Supreme Court, Wellington, on Monday. Four of the cases are of a sexual nature, while one woman is charged with unlawfully using an instrument to procure a miscarriage. Two persons will appear on breaking and entering charges, one on a charge of theft, one on a charge of making a false declaration, and one on a charge of assault causing actual bodily harm.
