TRADE WITH DOMINION
Australia Aiming at Extension BETTER UNDERSTANDING (Received December 19, 11.50 p.m.) Canberra, December 19. Following the trade treaty with New Zealand, the Commonwealth Government foresees a great opportunity for furthering trade relationships with the Dominion based on official figures of expprts and imports. Australia desires the removal of the New Zealand embargo on green vegetables and citrus fruits, and the trade commissioner who is to visit New Zealand hopes to pave the way in this direction, and also to establish a better understanding regarding trade affairs generally.
