RESULTS of the recent PUBLIC SERVICE SHORTH AND-TY PI STS’ EXAMINATION PROVE conclusively the high grade of Training in Shorthand, Typewriting, and Commercial English given at GILBY’S COLLEGE. Ist—6B of the successful Wellington candidates were Gilby-trained, as compared with 70 by all other Colleges combined. 2nd—Gilby's Students gained 4 out of the first 7 places in both Junior and Senior Grades, including 2nd and 3rd places. 3rd—9o per cent, of Gilby’s Students were successful.
