New South Wales Request KICKING INTO TOUCH Sydney, December 14. Seeking New Zealand and South African support, the New South Wales Rugby Union will again approach the Home unions in an effort to secure dispensations to play amended rules. The council has announced that both the sister Dominions will be asked if they will link themselves with the local body in a concerted appeal. Should South Africa and New Zea land agree, a move will he made through the Dominion delegates on the Rugby Football Union (England) for an alter atlon to the rule governing kicking into touch similar to the dispensation allowed New Zealand and Australia from 1923 until the beginning of the 1931 season.
