Catchy Songs Bought for Film
'J’HAT music will have its moments in "Long Lost Father,” the John Barrymore starring film, was revealed with the announcement that the TIKO Radio studio has purchased an original song by Burtone Lane and Harold Adamson for the production. The new number, a catchy fox-trot called “It Isn’t So Much That I Wouldn’t. But I’d Hate- You to Think that I Would.” is to be sung by Elizabeth Allan, talented English actress, who plays the feminine lead in the picture. Max Steiner, head of the music department, is enthusiastic over the song, and predicts that it will be a popular hit.
