New Season’s Lamb from N.Z. GOOD TRADING REPORTED By Telegraph.—Press Association. Feilding, December 13. The New Zealand Farmers’ Co-opera-tive Distributing Co., Ltd., Feilding, has received the following cable from its London office: — . Good trading experienced in all sec tions of the new season’s New Zealand lambs, which made 8d to B}d. Good quality Australian lambs also met witn a ready sale. FAT STOCK KILLINGS • Huge Increase in Lamb The principal feature of the latest frozen meat .returns covering the two months to November 30. issued yesterday by the Meat Board, is an extraordinary increase in the killings of lambs, tbe total being 813,407 compared with 224,906 for the corresponding period of last year, lhe increase is 588,451.-or over 261 per cent. Killings in the North Island were 760,3< > against 219,165 last year, and in the South Island 48,037 compared with 5<91.
