Bolivian Divisions Surrender REPORT FROM PARAGUAY (Received December 12, 7 p.m.) Vancouver, December 11. A message from . Asuncion (Paraguay) states that it was. unofficially reported on Monday that the Fourth and Ninth Bolivian Army Divisions had surrendered to the Paraguay forces, with more than 700 officers and 10.000 troops and large quantities of war material. «' The report of the'surrender followed earlier official communiques by the War Ministry in which the surrender of 1900 Bolivians was announced.
