Karori Club at Long Ranges j
The Karori Defence Rifle Club fired a championship shoot over the 800 rind 900 yards ranges at Trentham on Saturday. The light was good, but there was a strong wind blowing from "4 o'clock,” varying from about. 8 to 15 degrees, which at times gave the riflemen considerable trouble. The scratch weekly trophy was won by T. H. R. Boon, with a good 88, and the handicap weekly trophy by B. Rockel. who reached the club standard of SO. Two other members also reached the clnb standard.
