TENDERS FOR PURCHASE OR LEASE. r pENDERS are invited for the purchase of the undermentioned freehold properties, i'n the above Estate: — FIRSTLY: —All those pieces of land containing approximately 5800 acres. The property is known as “Siberia.” If is situated about 15 miles from Taihape, and is very fully equipped. It is good 2-sheep hilly grazing country. SECONDLY: —All that piece of land containing IG6 acres, more or less. The property is situated at Papaiti, on the right bank of the Wanganui River, and is about 6 miles from the . City of 'Wanganui. It is prime bullock fattening country, within easy reach of market. THIRDLY :—All those pieces of land containing 1 acre 15 perches, more or less, on which is erected a 14-room-ed dwelling house and outbuildings. The property is known as No. 6 Great North Road, St. John’s Hill, Wanganui. Alternative tenders are also inivted for the Lease of the St. John’s Hill property, lastly above described. Tenderers should note the following conditions: — 1. —The highest or any tender will not necessarily, be accepted. 2. —No tender will be considered unless the intending purchaser is' prepared to make cash payment of: £lO.OOO in regard to “Siberia,” £4500 in regard to Papaiti, £750 in regard to St. John’s tHill property. 3. —The properties are at present subject to certain Mortgages, particulars of which may be obtained on application to the undersigned by any bona fide intending purchaser. 4. —'Purchasers will be required to rearrange the mortgages or to make fresh arrangements with the present .
