Success of Revolutionaries Predicted PLANES OVER BANGKOK By Telegraph.—Press Asc-n.—Copyright. (Received October 17, 11.80 p.m.). Singapore, October 17. Intelligent British opinion regards the chances of success of the Siamese rebels favourably. They say their success will be welcomed by the population, who are inclined to blame the present Government for the declining trade of the past year. Rebel aeroplanes are flying over Bangkok. It is stated that the rebels could take the city in two days, but they are withholding action because of their friends within the capital. There is no railway communication from Malaya beyond the 200-kilometres Malayan frontier.
