Two sash bars are made from a piece of timber lin, by 4in. cut down the centre, and Ilin, strips, lin. thick, are nailed over this as in A. When flnis’'ed, it is glazed and painted. D shows how the frame is made. The plant protector is made from lin. by 12in. dressed timber. It. is 4ft. long by 2ft- wide, and is glazed with IGin. by 16in. glass.
