RIOTING PRISONERS
Bloodshed on Penal Farm New Orleans, September 11. Thirteen heavily-armed long-term convicts fled from Angola penal farm after a bloody riot during visitors’ hour, In which more than six men were shot, three of them fatally. The latter included a trusty guard and a farm foreman prisoner.
