Power Board Employee’s Death By Telegraph.—Press Association. ■':l Invercargill, September 3. As a result of an electric shock, Stanhope Sherwell Smart, officer-in-charge of the Southland Electric Power Board’s sub-station in Herbert Street, died in hospital this morning.
