SCHOOLBOYS KILLED
Caught by Propeller of Aeroplane AIR PAGEANT ACCIDENT By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. (Received June 12, 7 p.m.) London, June 12. During an air pageant organised by Sir Alan Cobham at Middleton, near Leeds, two schoolboys were killed when an air-liner, with twenty passengers on board, landed, a propeller i striking the boys. Apparently the boys got too near the aeroplane, In which they had planned to go on Its next flight. The accident occurred In the presence of hundreds of horrified spectators. TEN PEOPLE KILLED Amphibian Crashes & Burns (Received June 12. 7 p.m.) Chicago. June 11. Ten persons—eight passengers and the pilot and co-pilot—were killed when an amphibian aeroplane crashed and was burned. The passengers were all visitors at the World’s Fair.
