Food, clothing, shelter, arms and tools are all obtained by the tribesmen of Tierra del Fuego an island south of SouLh America, from the quanance, a wild llama. One village in Wiltshire, Stockley. has no church, post office, or public-house for its population of sixty-nine of whom more than one-third are drawing the old-age pensin.
