Support for Councillor Duncan
A resolution supporting C’r. IV. Duncan in his attitude in connection with the Fire Board controversy was carried at last evening’s meeting of the Wellington Ratepayers’ Association. It was also decided to support bis notice of morion that the council should take no further action in regard to the proposals previously made for a civic centre on the block occupied by the fire station and the old power-houst*.
