WEEK-END WEATHER
A Sunny Day in Wellington After a hazy morning, Wellington enjoyed perfect winter weather on Saturday, with bright sunshine and a light southerly. During the night the sky clouded and rain fell yesterday morning. The remainder of the day was dull but line, with a chill southerly breeze. > Except for being cold in the shade, ideal sunny weather prevailed in Auckland on Saturday. Yesterday was dull and cloudy, a light south-east wind making conditions very bleak. After being foggy in Christchurch till nearly midday, the remainder of Saturday was beautifully fine. Yesterday was bleak, with a light drizzle and breeze from the north-east. The weather in Dunedin on Saturday was warmer than during the previous part of the week. The sky was overcast and there was a light breeze from the south-east. A light drizzle fell at intervals to-day, and there was a light breeze from the north-east.
