PROBATE AT £82,000

Will of the Late Mr. D. M. Sutherland THREE PUBLIC BEQUESTS The will of the late Mr. David Malcolm Sutherland, of Hinakura, Walrarapa, sheepfarmer, has been admitted to probate, the estate being sworn by the executors at £82,000. ■ Charitable bequests contained in the will provide for the payment of £250 to the Salvation Army Children’s Home, Wellington, and £5OO to the Presbyterian Orphanage, Wellington. A further £5OO is to be set aside and the income therefrom is to be applied during ten years toward the stipend of the Presbyterian minister or missioner at Hina kura, the principal at the end of the ten years to be paid to the Presbyterian Church at Hinakura. After the provision of an annuity to an old station hand, the residue of the estate is given in trust for the benefit of the deceased’s family. The executors of the will are Mr. Alexander Sutherland, of Hinakura, and Mr. Alexander Dunn, of Wellington.
