PINEAPPLE PUDDING. Mix two tablespoons flour into the juice from one tin pineapple. Heat together one pint milk and one tablespoon butter. Add the flour and juice to milk together with two beaten eggs and i-cup sugar. Stir well and boil in double boiler for fifteen minutes. Add the pineapple cut into small pieces; pour into mould and stand aside till cool. Serve with Q.E.D. cream. — P.B.A.
