Lady Muriel Coventry and tier husband. Mr. H. R. Coventry, of Monkton Park, Chippenham, in England, have a collection of more than 100 clocks, all in going order. It takes two hours every day to wind them. Dr. William Beebe, who lias been exploring the bed of the ocean, reports that 1700 ft. below the surface, where everything is dark, there arc fish that carry a lighting system comparable to motor-cat ’•-’dlighte.
