INTRODUCE NEW BLOOD INTO YOUR COUNCIL. i 'W 4 ' MR. J. D. SIEVWRIGHT ■pASSENGERS using the Kelburn Tramway are somewhat annoyed with the owners of the tramway because they have closed the gates of exit from the tramline to The Terrace, and at other stops. These exits seem to have become public rights-of-way by usage, and if elected I will certainly look into the rights’ of the company to close these gates against the public.
