Dr. Robert Hamilton-Russell, aged seventy-three, who was recoguisei throughout the world as a great figure in modern surgery, was fatall) injured when a ‘‘ar ho was driving crashed into a safety-zone pillar. He had both legs broken and his Dead injured, and died in hospital.
