Maunganui Brings Shipment The Union Company’s 11.M.5. Maunganui, which arrived at Wellington yesterday morning from San Francisco, via Papeete and Rarotonga, brought the first big shipment of this season's oranges’ from Rarotonga. • She had about 9000 cases of fruit on board, principally oranges. The Makura, on her last trip south from San Francisco, should have loaded about 7000 cases at Rarotonga, but was obliged to leave nearly half behind because of the heavy weather.
