Q.E.D. TESTED RECIPE CHOCOLATE CREAM. Dissolve three ounces grated chocolate in one teacup milk over lire: mix it with J pint custard and allow to get cold. Whip ■} pint Q.E.D. eream, mix gradually with chocolate and custard. flavour with vanilla and sweeten to taste. Dissolve 1 mince gelatine in teacup hot water, add to mixture, stirring well together Put to set in mould and when firm turn out—serve with Q.E.D. cream.—l’.lt.A.
