Mrs. A. C. Gibson, Mount Albert., Auckland, is at the Grand Hotel. Mr. and Mrs. A. O. Oxeuham have returned to Palmerston North from a visit to Wellington.

Miss Ella Bristow, Karori, is the guest of Mrs. Michael Gordon, Haupotiri, Hastings. Miss A. and Miss F. S. Sullivan, Wagga Wagga, New South Wales, are at the Hotel St. George.

Mrs. O. J. Phillips, Auckland, is visit ing Wellington, and is at the Hotel St. George.

■Wellington to-day by the Monowai. Miss Elaine Wickenden, Christchurch, who has been visiting friends in Wellington, has returned home.

Mrs. G. Heathcote Duncan, Kelburn. is the guest of Mrs G. Duncan, Remuera, Auckland. Mrs. J. M. Spence, 'Wellington, is the guest of Mrs. J. Fraser Thomson, Christchurch.

Mrs. C. J. Phillips, of Auckland, is spending a few weeks in 'Wellington. Miss Binney, who has been on an extended visit to England, is the guest of her sister, Mrs. Wynyard, Talavera Terrace Mrs. J. 'Wilson. Auckland, who visited 'Wellington for the golf tournament at Heretaunga last week, has returned home.

Miss Mona Blair, Gisborne, who visited Nga Tawa for the Old Girls’ reunion is now in Wellington. Miss Rona Olsen, a noted psychologist of the United States of America, arrived in 'Wellington yesterday. Mrs. J. Savage, Halswell, who has been visiting her niece, Mrs. H. Webby, Karori, has returned to Christchurch. Miss Mary Ward, Wellington, has gone to New Plymouth to join the staff of the New Plymouth Hospital. Mrs. Plimmer, of Upper Willis Street, who has been on an extended holiday visit to her parents and other relatives in Sydney, is due to arrive in
