Showery Day in Wellington
Distinctly cooler weather was experienced in Wellington yesterday. The sky was overcast and a southerly wind ■was blowing. There were several showers during the day. In Auckland a light north-east wind and overcast sky prevailed yesterday, and there was continuous light rain in the evening. The weather in Christchurch was dull yesterday, with a moderate east-north-east. breeze. The temperature was cooler.
Light intermittent rain fell yesterday morning iu Dunedin, but the afternoon, although overcast, was fine. A light breeze from the south-east was blowing.
