Wellington Tournament SOME EXCITING FINISHES Good progress was made with the Wellington provincial croquet tournament, which was continued yesterday on various greens. The matches were watched by groups of keen spectators and some exciting finishes were seen, the games having been closely contested from start to finish. In the handicap doubles, some of the fourth ,round matches have been played, and Veitch and Mrs., Veitch and Mesdames Pawson and Wilson have entered (he semi-finals.
