LOANS FOR FARMERS
American Crop Production Washington, Jan. 24. Congressional action was completed to-day on the Bill to provide 90 million dollars to be lent to farmers for use in producing the 1933 crops. Under the Bill, the crop production loam legislation passed last year is extended to cover 1933. Money taken from the Reconstruction Corporation’s funds i- distributed through the Secretary of Agriculture iu return for ft first lien on crops. ' The measure provides that the Secretary may, but is not compelled to, require the borrower to cut his production 30 per. cent.
