Carnegie Corporation’s Grant By Telegraph—Press Association. Dunedin, Jan. 25. Lady Sidey, president of the Free Kindergarten Union of New Zealand, has received the following cablegram from the Carnegie Corporation. New York:— “Two thousand five hundred dollars available for second and final kindergarten fellowship."
