Rationing Scheme Details The Wellington Education Board is doing its level best to provide work for unemployed teachers. The chairman, Mr. T. Forsyth, explained at the monthly meeting yesterday that 122 teachers would be employed under the rationing scheme on February 1 next, and about 105 would be unemployed at the beginning of the first term, but a majority of these would be absorbed during the second term.
