South African Parliament STRANGER INTERRUPTS Cape Town, Jan. 23. After prayers at the opening of the South African Parliament,; a man eluded the vigilance of the police, rushed across the lobby into the Assembly, and, waving his. hands, shouted: “Qswal Pirow, I accuse you of corruption and maladministration.” (Mr. Pirow is the Minister of Justice. ) A struggle followed with the attendants.'
