Macmillan (fourth from left second row from front), yesterday morn ing. Next to Mr. Macmillan is Mrs. Knox Gilmer, president of the Wellington Horticultural Society. Seated next to her Mr. F. J. Nathan, Palmerston North, president of the Institure, and next to him is Councillor F. W. Meadowcroft, who, on behalf of the Mayor, Mr. T. C. A.
