Calgary’s Obligations. Charges that the Canadian Government had defaulted in refusing gold at par to Calgary to meet its debenture obligations were made in a resolution passed on Monday by the General Board of the United Farmers of Alberta. The resolution will be submitted to the General Convention. It endorsed Calgary’s stand in refusing to pay adverse United States exchange, and declared that (he money was a “racket.”
