INTOXICATED PIGS
Thrown Jnto Wine Vat Sixty pigs in various stages of intoxication was the surprifsipg spectacle which greeted motorists passing through the village of Boaen, in the canton of Aargau recently. The pigs were being taken to a plaughtevliouse at Bale iu a motor-lori’y when the vehicle skidded and crashed into a great vat standing by the roadskit) containing about 4000 gallons of new wine. Some of the animals were thrown into the vat. where they made the best use of their opportunity for a free drink, vvhilo the others wallowed in a miniature lake of wine in the road.
