Pennant Teams Selected The following teams have been selected to play in the mid-week pennant games to-day :— . Kelburn. against Khandallah—Away: Brook, Miller, Purdie. McColl; Reed, Young. F. Widdo)). Clarke. Upper Hutt, against Eastbourne— Away .- Shannon. Webb. Coker, Mudgway; Butler, Ballinger. Lightfoot. Brown. Pliniinerloii Club. The holders of the Sollett Badges were defeated after a most exciting contest last Sunday. The game was keenly contested throughout, the teams being level on the last head. 19 all. F. Burnham, skip of the holders of the badges, sportingly offered to play a deciding head. ’The challengers, skipped by W. Martin, won the badges by securing 2 on the 22nd bead. The teams were as follow:—Challengers : J. Walker. XV. Read. G. Neale. W. Martin (skip), 21 ; Holders: F. Barlow, E. J. Stephens, S. Martin, F. Burnham (skip), 19.
