PUFF PASTRY-MAKING
By courtesy of the Wellington Gas Company, Mr. George How, a puff pastry expert, will give lessons in the art of making this delicious confection to unemployed girls aud women. This demonstration will take place on Thursday afternoon at 3 o’clock in the Wellington Gas Company’s rooms. No charge will be made and Mr. How undertakes to teach the art of making puff pastry in one lesson.
