REMANDED FOR SENTENCE

Auckland, Dec. 12. • A company secretary, Reginald Victor Deacon Hull, aged 39, admitted iu the Police Court to-day that he had stolen £985/18/-, the property of his employers, the Co-operative Fisheries, N.Z., Ltd. . The auditor, who gave evidence, said that accused, who received £5/10/- a week, had more work to do tbau was reasonable. Accused, in a statement, admitted falsifying the books' to conceal shortages. Tbe thefts were committed be. tween . October. 9,. 1931,- and September 24, 1932. Accused, who was committed for sentence and allowed bait, is a. married man with four children.
