RANGITANE REPORTS Due Here 2 p.m. Thursday The New Zealand Shipping Company received a wireless message yesterday morning from its motor-liner Rangitane, en route from London to Wellington and Auckland, reporting that she expected to arrive here at 3 p.m. on Thursday, but that her time of arrival was uncertain owing to heavy weather. The company received a further message from th? Rangitane last night, however, reporting that she now expects to arrive here at 2 p.m. on Thursday. THE ZEALANDIA. A Press Association message from Sydney states that repairs to the Zealaudia’s engines took longer than was anticipated, and the vessel was expected to leave Sydney at midnight last night for Wellington. She should now arrive here on Friday afternoon. lONIC AT KINGSTON. The Shaw, Savill liner lonic, en route from London and Southampton to Wellington and Auckland, is reported to have reached Kingston last Saturday. She is due at Wellington on December 14. SURREY LEAVES LIVERPOOL. Cabled advice has been received that the Federal steamer Surrey left Liverpool last Saturday for, Auckland, Wellington, Lyttelton, and Dunedin. She is due at Auckland on December 29 and here about a week later. MARAMA AT AUCKLAND. The Union Company's Marama, from Sydney, reached Auckland at 7 a.m. yesterday. She will leave there again on. Friday on the return trip to Sydney. TAINUI REPORTS “ALL WELL.” The Shaw, Savill Company has received a wireless message from its liner Tainui, which left Napier on November 15 for Southampton and London, via the Panama Canal, reporting that she has been experiencing fine weather—all well on board. WAINUI AT MELBOURNE. Cabled adviee has been received by the Unifljj Company that ‘th®. Wainui, from Wellington, via Bluff, reached Melbourne at 9.30 a.m. last Saturday. She will leave there again to-morrow for Bluff, Dunedin, Lyttelton, and 'Wellington, and is due here on December 1. WAIHEMO LEAVES LOS ANGELES. The Union Company has received cabled advice that the Waihemo left Los Angeles on November 16 for Papeete, Auckland, Napier, Wellington, Lyttelton. Dunedin, and Australia. She is due at Auckland on December 11, and here on December 16. O. A. KNUDSEN LEAVES SAN PEDRO. Cabled advice has been received by the Union Company that its chartered motor-tanker O. A. Knudsen left San Pedro last Saturday morning with bulk fuel oil for Wellington. She is due here on December 14. KARTIGI BAR-BOUND. The Union Company’s Kartigi, loaded for Wellington, has been bar-bound at Greymouth since Saturday. It is hoped that she will be able to work the bar on this afternoon’s tide. TASMANIA DELAYED. The New Zealand Shipping Company s Tasmania was unable to work at New yesterday, and is not now due a> Wellington before Thursday to continue her homeward loading. THE OTAIO. The New Zealand Shipping Company’s motor-ship Otalo is to leave Auckland today for Wellington, and is due here on Thursday morning to continue discharge of her cargo from Glasgow and Liverpool. She is to leave here again on Saturday for Lyttelton, Dunedin, Timaru, and New Plymouth, to complete discharge. The Federal Company are the local agents. NORFOLK DELAYED. The Federal steamer Norfolk was delayed at Wanganui yesterday owing to the waterside workers refusing to handle cargo, and is now due here to-morrow morning to complete her homeward loading. She is scheduled to clear this port finally on Saturday for London, Glasgow, Liverpool, and Avonmouth.; ; via Cape Horn, Montevideo, and Dakar. THE MATAROA. The Shaw, Savill liner Mataroa is to leave Auckland to-day for Wellington, and is due here on Thursday morning to commence her homeward loading, and she will leave here again on November 29 for Gisborne and Auckland, to complete, and is scheduled to clear the northern port finally on December 14 for Southampton and Loudon, via the Panama Canal. NUCULA FOR OVERHAUL. The Admiralty tanker Nucula is to undergo overhaul and survey at Auckland during January. MARIPOSA AT AUCKLAND. From Melbourne and Sydney the Oceanic Company’s liner Mariposa is due at Auckland this morning. She will leave there again later to-day for Sura, Pago Pago, Honolulu, Los Angeles aud San Francisco. THE VANCOUVER SERVICE. The Royal mail liner Niagara will be withdrawn from the Vancouver service next June for her periodical overhaul and survey, her last overhaul having taken place'in 1929. She will be relieved oy the Monowai, which will be engaged in the intercolonial service during the summer months. When the Niagara resumes in July the Aorangi will be withdrawn for overhaul and survey. The Monowai xVill remain in the Vancouver service until the Aorangi resumes in August. MORINDA’S PASSENGERS.
