LIABILITY FIXED
Injuries to Mill Worker By Telegraph.—Press Association. Dunedin, Nov. 18. In the Arbitration Court to-day a claim for compensation was brought to determine in the first place a question of liability. Plaintiff was employed on a thrashing mill which was taken by its owner to defendant’s farm. While at work plaintiff fell from the top of the mill and was injured.
